MogDock ("we") provides an operations-management platform for product businesses. This policy covers the mogdock.com website and the MogDock application. MogDock is operated by Upstage Creations.
Account data — name, email and company details you provide when creating an account.
Business data — orders, inventory, customer and integration data you or your connected marketplaces load into your workspace. This data belongs to you.
Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages) used for security and reliability.
When you connect a marketplace — such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Reverb or Squarespace — we access only the data needed to provide the service, primarily order information, under each marketplace's developer policies. Credentials are stored encrypted. Marketplace customer data is retained only as long as those policies permit and is deleted on their required schedules.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data for advertising. We do not access your workspace except to provide support you have explicitly authorised, or as required for security and legal compliance.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Integration credentials and other sensitive values are encrypted at the application layer under a key belonging to your organization. Access is role-based and audit-logged. Full security overview →
During private beta, contact privacy@mogdock.com to request an export or deletion. Specific retention periods will be stated in the binding policy before general availability. Marketplace-sourced personal data follows applicable marketplace requirements.
