This page states the commercial terms as currently intended. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel and is not the final agreement; the binding version will be presented for acceptance at signup.
MogDock is a hosted operations-management platform for product businesses, operated by Upstage Creations. It covers orders, inventory, quotes, invoices, payments, purchasing and the other modules described on the features page.
An account belongs to one organization. Each person using the service needs their own login; logins may not be shared. One seat is included in the base subscription; additional seats may be added at any time and are charged per seat, per month. You are responsible for the actions taken under your users' credentials and for keeping them secure.
New organizations may start a free trial without providing payment details. At the end of the trial the service continues only if you choose to subscribe. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in USD, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded on cancellation except where required by law.
The MCP / AI API is a paid add-on purchased on top of the subscription and billed on the same cycle. It can be cancelled independently of the base plan.
Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose; we do not sell it and do not use it for advertising. You may export it at any time. Handling, retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy.
Connecting a marketplace or payment provider means you authorise us to access that account on your behalf, within the scopes shown at the time of connection. Your use of each provider remains governed by that provider's own terms and developer policies, and availability of a connector may change if a provider changes its programme. Connectors become available in your account as each provider's approval process completes.
Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, to store data you are not entitled to hold, to probe or disrupt the platform's security, or to resell access to the platform itself. We may apply rate limits to protect the service for everyone.
Support is provided through in-app tickets and by email at support@mogdock.com. We aim for continuous availability and maintain scheduled backups with restore-tested procedures, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless a separate written service-level agreement is in place.
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms, with notice where practical. You may close your account at any time; after any export window, your data is handled under the privacy policy and applicable marketplace requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data where you had the ability to export it.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
